Volunteering at Lion Befrienders

During the Covid pandemic in 2021, the beneficiary that I work with during my undergraduate years, Lion Befrienders, contacted me to work on a short comic to bring awareness to the struggles volunteer befrienders may face during their service and how they may seek assistance.

I was provided with the Title and short write up of each story. I chose to feature more character close ups so as to focus on the characters' emotional struggles as they navigate the challenging situations.

This was shared on their volunteer family's facebook page, whatsapp group chat and instagram page.
